Access To Recovery

Access to Recovery (ATR) provides funding to individuals to purchase services and supports linked to their recovery from substance abuse. ATR emphasizes client choice and increases the array of community –based services, support and providers.

Clients must meet the following criteria in order to participate in ATR program:

 1. Resident of Iowa

 2. Age 12 or older

 3. At or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level

 4. A positive screening for a substance abuse disorder

 5. Documented need for ATR covered services

 6. Without insurance or other financial resources to pay for ATR covered services

 7. Clean drug testing/no use for 30 consecutive days

 8. Client must be compliant with rules of the program as well as required sessions

Zion Recovery offers the following ATR benefits and funding if the individual is eligible:

-copayments

 -drug testing

 -sober living activities

 -clothing/hygiene assistance

 -education assistance

 -gas cards

 -psychotropic medication

 -utility assistance

- wellness assistance
