Halfway House Halfway Housing (3.1): The program’s objective/goal is to provide individuals with further counseling and clinical monitoring to support successful integration into family, employment, sober peer network, and other community resources. Individuals continue to develop skills to assist in daily living accountability and personal responsibility through a minimum of five (5) hours of therapeutic individual, group and/or family counseling while remaining in a safe and structured living environment. The halfway housing program serves a minimum of 11 clients per year. The length of stay varies depending on personal needs, goals and objectives; however, has a minimum commitment of three (3) months to a maximum of six (6) months.
