OWI Evaluations

ZION Recovery Services offers Department of Transportation approved substance abuse evaluations in the state of Iowa for anyone who has been charged with Operating While Intoxicated or Under The Influence.

Cost of the substance abuse evaluation is $100.00.  ZION Recovery Services provides a comprehensive evaluation which includes a counselor/individual interactive interview, testing instruments, collateral information, and drug testing.

Should recommendations stem from a substance abuse evaluation, the cost of services will be based on a sliding fee scale, as offered through the IDPH (Iowa Department of Public Health) funding.
